Consignment Form

Next Sale February 13th – 23rd 

DEADLINE TO CONSIGN: February 11th

Please fill out a consignment form for each horse that you would like to consign to an upcoming auction. **We do have the right to refuse a consignment due to lack of effort, physical defects or the quality of the photos/video/description. “Quality over Quantity”

Requirements

  • Each horse must have a negative coggins and is encouraged to have a statement of health and soundness.
  • Each horse must have a detailed video showing each of its gaits and a variety of its abilities.
  • Quality photos are a MUST
  • Each auction lasts from 7 day to 14 days and within that time, prospective buyers can call and talk with the consignors of the horse.

Fees

  • $100 Consignment Fee 
  • 10% Commission
  • NO PO FEES
  • Prompt Payment for sellers via wire transfer

Please provide a detailed description for your horse to include temperament and all relevant information.
Please enter the reserve price you would like set for your horse
Example: I am willing to hold (horse's name) for up to (0-14) days free of charge, after those (0-14) days, a fee of ( set $) will be charged per day. I am willing to help coordinate transportation, I will haul up to (x amount) miles free of charge. (Help perspective buyers understand what arrangements will be like after the horse is purchased)
(We are usually able to get wires out to our consignors the Friday after the auction.) We like to wire so we can pay our consignors quickly! Please include your name, physical address, "NO PO BOX'S" account number, routing number, bank name, bank address and bank phone number. **If this information isn't included correctly you will receive a check instead of payment sent via wire transfer.
